The Smartpur – Impact & Insights: Annual Impact Event 2026, was held highlighting and sharing the programme’s two-year journey of promoting digital inclusion and rural development across Kashmir. Organized in collaboration with Department of Soicial Work, University of Kashmir, the event brought together 150 participants, 60 Government officals who we closely collaborate with for Smartpur from all 10 districts of Kashmir. Inauguration - Today, Innovative Learning Space at Chinar Yuva Center, Baramulla was inaugurated by Mrs Anungla Singh (Zonal President AWWA, Chinar Corps) - Nurturing Young Minds, Creating Brighter Future; An initiative by Indian Army and REACHA. REACHA team started its journey at Chinar Yuva (Then Chinar 9 Jawan Club) in 2016 - 10 Years ago. We look forward to continue to build upon this momentum and strengthen Chinar Yuva, and youth of Kashmir with the Army.
