8th March 2025 - Industrial Exposure Visit to Hotel Kinnara at Namsai, a beautiful town in Arunachal Pradesh. IIFL (India Infoline Group) Foundation is supporting Home Stay Training Program, and is giving industry aligned skills and exposures to youth of Arunachal. This is year two of the intervention.
The goal of the program is to enable the youth, and give them skills, so they can pursue market opportunities and are in a position to earn livelihood for not only themselves but also to support their families.
During the visit, the trainees got to interact with the General Manager of the hotel, various departments like - Housekeeping, F&B, and Front Office.
The first impression is set by the Front Office, and the last impression is created by the F&B department, emphasized the F&B team. The Front Office (FO) department shapes the first and last impressions of guests.
This intervention aims to and is strengthening the youth of Northeast!
