3 decades have been a quest for understanding, learning, empowering, solving and nation-building.
From a team of visionary leaders who conceptualised REACHA, today we are a pan India organisation with about 250 staff.
We are driven by people who are from the community and have a hunger to make a meaningful impact that is measurable and sustainable.
For us compliance is a way to discipline our efforts in a focused manner in full alignment with applicable laws and rules. Disclosures about what we do, how we do and how we report to compliances is integral to our approach of transparency accountability and good governance.
We are now getting deeper into the 4th decade of our work, where the effort is to also inspire the next generation of development leaders for our country. Thus, a lot of engagement is with youth in Colleges, REACHA Center’s as well as in non-profit space. We shall continue to strengthen our partnerships with government and corporates and will further work to strengthen the non-profit sector.
Our recent Kashmir CSR Dialogue 2025 has brought out significant leads on which we shall further work and take up similar efforts in other key geographies. Hearing from local communities about their aspirations is at the very core of what we shall continue to do as that is what democracy and voice of the people is all about.
