Expert session under Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) CSR, Promoting Health through Technology at Dehradun -
Visiting faculty for Mental Health Enhancement session for students of classes 5th & 6th was conducted by Mr Pankaj Mehta.
Mr. Pankaj is associated with meditation since last 50 years.
He believes in Medication through Meditation.
Mr. Pankaj has imparted training to criminals in Rampur, Badayun & Bareily Prisons. Also conducted few training session with Uttarakhand Police.
It is important to also introduce concepts of mental and physical well being to children starting from a young age so they can be mindful!
