Key July Updates -
Certification Ceremony for Batch 3 students was conducted. Students were motivated by trainees who have earlier gotten placed after the completion of program. The assessment was done by Retailers Association's Skill Council of India (RASCI).
Trainees from the Retail Training have successfully secured jobs in Gannderbal and Kupwara. Wazir Ahmad Pir was selected as a salesman at Alpha Wood Hardware Store in Kupwara, while Danish Ahmad was selected as staff in Ganderbal. (Picture 2)

Mobilization of current and new batch in areas like - Kralpora, Handwara, Budkoot, Baikhaakr, Gulgam Cherwari, Mirnag, Manzhar, Alachizab etc. is underway.
On ground project team is motivated to find opportunities for trainees who have completed the program. The team is also continuing to hand hold students post the placement. Program is allowing the trainees to get skilled and engage meaningfully post the training to earn a livelihood for themselves and also support their families.
