REACHA team recently conducted Monitoring and Evaluation Visit to assess the progress of projects in Kashmir and Jammu. The team is now working in all Ten Districts of Kashmir and one Samba district in Jammu. Project work is happening directly in the community and also in collaboration with Indian Army, in collaboration with our partners who support us, who we are grateful for.
One key learning and agenda of these visits is to keep learning and absorbing the local level ground dynamics, and then accordingly keep aligning the project delivery. The team working in tough and remote terrains, and with full heart and accountability tries to reach farthest to hear the voice of last mile, and benefit them through the interventions.
Needless to say the discipline, accountability, time management, and ethics we learn from Indian Army is something that we have brought in as an aspirational value within the organization, and keep pushing towards the same.
