100% of the students in our part time batch, and 95% of students from our full time batch have cleared the assessment which covered technical, soft skill and practical concepts that the students have learnt over the course of learning 250 hours of customized curriculum by THSC.
This project is first of its kind in the area, and REACHA on-ground staff and monitoring and evaluation team with support of NCC team have consistently stayed at it, and have worked hard by taking extra classes, counselling sessions, motivating students. This would not have been possible without them.
Post the assessment the team also went on an exposure visit to a local homestay. This further motivated and excited the trainees.
REACHA Team is consistently in touch with the trainees post the assessment and is guiding them with regards to placement opportunities and the way forward.
